Villa Brih III

The villa is located in the outskirts of Pilati village near Karojba, about 24 km from Poreč. Here you and your family will find yourselves surrounded by beautiful vineyards, woods, meadows and picturesque hills.

This holiday home was built in 2018. It has a modern and stylish interior, while the exterior hints to the old stone houses once built in Istria. It is a perfect fusion of old and new. It offers you all the amenities for a comfortable holiday, and is completely furnished and equipped with all the standard facilities. On the ground floor there is a single bed bedroom with satellite TV, and air-conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is lovely, and hold all the necessary equipment like a coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave. The dining area, and living room are on the ground floor too, here you can eat your meal in peace or enjoy a good book on the couch. There are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, all have air-conditioning, and there is another detached bathroom. Two bedrooms have balconies where you can enjoy the sunset or the rustling sound of the nearby trees.

Outside you can take a refreshing dip in the pool, or enjoy sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. If you are up for a snack, the BBQ is always ready, and you can enjoy your meal in the shade of the covered dining area. The private parking lot is for 3 cars, and the free WiFi is a great opportunity to learn more about this beautiful area and explore the nature, and plan for an active holiday. Hiking or biking is a must, or if you prefer exploring Istria’s food and beverages, we suggest you start at the local konoba restaurants.
